1. Agreement & Acceptance

By booking or participating in services offered by Sisu & Soul Recovery (“Coach”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided & Scope

• Coaching includes one-on-one or group sessions, educational resources, and communication support (via email or text) as described in your package.

• Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, nutrition counseling, or mental health treatment. If you have medical or psychiatric needs, you must seek licensed professional support

3. Duration, Scheduling & Frequency

• Your coaching package lasts for [e.g. 3 months, 6 sessions, etc.].

• Sessions are typically [60 minutes via Zoom, etc.] and scheduled using Wix bookings.

• Rescheduling or cancelling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session, or the session is forfeited.

• No-shows or late cancellations may count as completed sessions without refund

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are required prior to every session.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be provided after purchase.

• In regards to reschedules, the Client may apply credit for the re-scheduled session if re-scheduling is done so with more than 24 hours notice. In the event that the Coach re-schedules a session with a client, they may also apply that credit for a re-scheduled time.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must be proactive in sessions, complete assigned work, and communicate any challenges.

• If coaching involves meal suggestions, note these are not created by licensed dietitians and should not replace professional advice 

• Follow-up support (e.g. emails/texts) should be reasonable and within the agreed scope—for example, response time within 48 business hours

6. Confidentiality

• All coaching discussions are confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g. threats of harm).

• Email, text, Zoom, and other communication tools may have inherent risks; confidentiality cannot be guaranteed absolutely

7. Intellectual Property & Testimonials

• All materials (PDFs, recordings, frameworks, etc.) remain the property of Sisu & Soul Recovery LLC and are licensed for your personal use only.

• You may not share, resell, or distribute them.

• With consent, your testimonials or success stories may be used for marketing; otherwise they remain private

8. Disclaimers, Liability & No Guarantees

• Coaching outcomes vary. No guarantees are made regarding results or recovery pace.

• You participate at your own risk. Coach is not liable for personal, emotional, or health decisions based on coaching content.

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, Coach’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.

• If terminated by Client, no refund will be given.

• If terminated by Coach (without Client breach), a pro‑rated refund may be issued for unused services.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

• Any disputes will first be addressed through mediation; legal action if necessary, under the jurisdiction of State of Illinois.

11. Changes to Terms

• Coach may update these terms at any time. You will be notified, and continued use constitutes agreement to updates.
